Cinnamon Sweet Potato Muffin Recipe

This is a nice change from typical muffin recipes that start popping up at this time of year.

Made with real sweet potatoes, adding a unique flavor and soft fluffy texture.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe: – All purpose flour – Baking powder and soda – Ground Cinnamon and ginger – Cardamom – Sea salt – Eggs – Brown sugar – Whole milk – Vegetable oil – Apple cider vinegar – Sweet potato

Preheat the oven and prepare your muffin pan.


Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl and mix your sweet potato muffin batter.


Spoon  batter into prepared muffin pan with muffin liners.


Sprinkle the streusel topping over muffins and bake for 20 minutes.


Let them sit on the cooling rack for about 15 minutes. Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
