Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce

A creative and delicious way to use leftovers so that nothing goes to waste.

Combines the fresh crunch of lettuce with the protein power and Asian taste of peanut sauce.

Here's what you'll need to make this recipe: – Peanut butter – Soy sauce – Honey  – Sesame and Olive oil – Cucumbers – Rice Brown Cooked – Chicken ground – Parsley – Lettuce – Garlic – Ginger – Jicama

Whisk peanut butter, sesame oil, water, honey and soy sauce.


Fry pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and ground chicken.


After 3-4 minutes, add peanut sauce and jicama.


Put rice, chicken mixture, cucumber, parsley, lime on lettuce wraps and serve.
