In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. Break apart the beef, mix it thoroughly with all of the ingredients and cook until the meat is browned.
Drain any grease.
Add in the beef broth and bring to a slight simmer.
Add pasta and stir well.
Cook until noodles are al dente- approximately 10-12 minutes.
Continue to stir while adding milk and cheese- continue until the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat.
If serving immediately,top with green onion garnish, cheddar cheese or bacon.
If you prefer to bake it, pour the beef mixture into a 9 x 12 inch casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
