Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 4 oz walleye filets
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup sliced almonds roughly chopped
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In one shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another shallow bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
  • In a third bowl, combine almonds and breadcrumbs.
  • Coat each walleye filet in the flour mixture.  Then dredge it in the egg mixture.  Next, cover it in the almond breadcrumb combination.
  • Place breaded filets in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of filets reach 140ºF.
