  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line your baking sheet(s) with parchment and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter in 10 second increments in the microwave and stir between each interval. Do not overheat or it will pop and make a mess.
  • Add in the powdered sugar to the melted butter and stir to combine.
  • Add in the flour and mix thoroughly until the dough is cohesive.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and mix - be sure to scrape the bottom as the chips like to hide.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, measure out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are just slightly browned.
  • Allow to cool.

Notes

Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for three months.
