1.5 cups almond flour 3 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp ¼ cup melted coconut oil ¼ cup maple syrup 2 tbsp applesauce ½ tsp vanilla ¼ cup white chocolate chips ¼ cup dried cranberries

Mix dry ingredients, leaving out the chocolate and cranberries.
Warm maple syrup with coconut oil and applesauce.
Combine your wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Use a spoon to drop 12 cookies on a baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
Pop them in the oven at 375, for 12 - 15 minutes.
Cool on the rack for 10 minutes.
