  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare your baking sheet(s) by lining with parchment.  Set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, Nutella and egg.  Whisk until smooth.  Scrape down the sides and mix again.
  • Use a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop out the dough.  Place on your prepared baking sheet at least two inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is no longer glossy.
  • Allow to cool completely.

Notes

Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
