Instructions
Line a standard loaf pan with foil or parchment paper.
Coat with a light layer of non-stick spray (or use butter).
Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large glass bowl, stirring to combine.
Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments. Remember to stir well between each interval until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Add in the vanilla and stir well.
Transfer the fudge mixture to your prepared baking pan and spread to smooth.
Allow to set at room temperature for about 2-4 hours or until set.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
Make sure to use a microwave-safe mixing bowl. And by the way, this fudge freezes very well!
