  • Line a standard loaf pan with foil or parchment paper.
  • Coat with a light layer of non-stick spray (or use butter).
  • Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large glass bowl, stirring to combine.
  • Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments. Remember to stir well between each interval until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla and stir well.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture to your prepared baking pan and spread to smooth.
  • Allow to set at room temperature for about 2-4 hours or until set.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

Make sure to use a microwave-safe mixing bowl. And by the way, this fudge freezes very well!
